- Simple rules -
You can vote only ONCE per day.
Voting twice or more in a same day is prohibited.
You can choose 1 character per main match,
up to 10 characters per first preliminary match,
and up to 6 characters per second preliminary match.
If you violate the above rule, you may be banned together with all participants using your ISP.
We hope that you see "supporting contents" when choosing characters to vote.
"Supporting contents" mean images, ascii arts, movies, texts, etc. to promote characters.

- Preliminary round's rules -
First preliminary round
- DON'T "RUSH", BECAUSE IT CHOKES UP THE BBS.
"Rush" is the voting by some people at the same time by design.
- 18 first preliminary matches are held.
The characters within rank 8 proceed to the main tournament (total 144 characters if not draw).
The characters within rank 32 except for the above proceed to the second preliminary round
(total 432 characters if not draw).
- 9 second preliminary matches are held.
The characters within rank 16 proceed to the main tournament (total 144 characters if not draw).
- You can vote up to 10 characters per first preliminary match,
and up to 6 characters per second preliminary match.
IF YOU VOTE MORE, THE VOTING IS INVALIDATED.

- Voting rules -
- You can't change the voting characters once you vote.
Please vote carefully.
- Though the vote without any "moe-bun" is valid, please write it if you can to pump up the game.
"moe-bun" is the message that explains how you love her.
- You can post any message other than vote and supporting, especially message to supporters.
It cheers up the supporters.
- VOTE ONCE PER DAY.
Only the first one is valid, if you vote more.
If you vote with the same message ID as another vote,
only the earlier one is valid, even if the voting codes are different.
The same IP address must provide the same message ID,
but sometimes the different IP address provides the same message ID.
In that case unfortunately, please vote from another IP address.
- The votes with "ID:???" are invalid.
However, if it is caused by some accident such as trouble with the server, we essentially judge it valid.
- VOTE AT THE SAME POST, EVEN WHEN TWO OR MORE MATCHES ARE HELD PER DAY.
You can abstain on one or more matches.

- Voting code's rules -
- PCs require much time to issue voting codes, and are sometimes temporary banned.
When you use a mobile phone, if the issue site supports your mobile phone model,
it immediately issues a voting code and doesn't ban your mobile phone.
- If you disable cookies, or your IP address is different from that on the code reservation,
no voting code is issued.
- VOTING CODES WITHOUT [[ ]] ARE INVALID.

- Voting thread's rules -
- Go to the newer voting thread after the older one is filled.
If exceeds 950 posts, we recommend you fill the thread with any posts.
- When the older voting thread is over 950 posts or 480 KB, the votes in the newer thread are valid,
